Condes de San Isidro Avenue, San Antonio Street, Camino de Coín and Plaza Reyes Católicos will be moved to the Middle Ages, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
12/26/2025 – Next Tuesday, December 30, Fuengirola will host a new edition of the Great Medieval Festival, which will once again have children as the main protagonists. The Councilor for Festivals and Traditions of the Fuengirola City Council, Isabel Moreno, reported this morning on this activity, which for another year will take the entire central area of the city back in time starting at eleven in the morning.
Thus, Fuengirola will once again host a party for the whole family, where traffic will be cut off on Avenida Condes de San Isidro, from Calle Victoria to Avenida de la Estación; on the Camino de Coín, from Camilo José Cela to Condes de San Isidro Avenue; as well as San Antonio Street and Reyes Católicos Plaza.
Throughout this area, a medieval market will be recreated with more than 20 stalls, merchants and all types of decoration: banners, banners, colored strips, etc. The streets will come to life with live musicians, jesters and stilt walkers who will fill every corner with humor, acrobatics and fantasy.
Regarding the different activities that can be enjoyed within the Medieval Festival, it should be noted that a dozen participatory workshops and games for children will be held, as well as different activities and exhibitions, all of them free. There will also be three musical parade performances that will take place at 11:30, 16:00 and 20:00.
Change in Christmas programming
On the other hand, the mayor of Fiestas has also reported a change in the Christmas programming due to inclement weather. In this case it is Juani Guerrero’s zambomba, scheduled for this Saturday, December 27, and which will take place next Tuesday, December 30, at 7:30 p.m., in the Cristóbal Blanca del Moral auditorium in Parque de España with free admission.
