The Colores building will host a Science camp in July and another Technology camp in August. In both cases, pre-registration must be done through the Citizen Card starting on May 29 at 8:00 p.m.
5/28/2026 – The Youth Area of Fuengirola City Council, coordinated by councilor Isaac Vargas, reported this morning on the offer of summer camps aimed at young people aged 9 to 13. In this summer season there will be two free proposals that Fuengirola residents of these ages can do: a Science camp that will take place in the month of July in the Colores building; and another on Technology, which will take place in August in the same municipal facilities. In both cases, pre-registration must be done through the Citizen Card starting on May 29 at 8:00 p.m.
“From the Department of Youth we began to present our summer program and we began with the camps that we organize every year in the Colores building in the months of July and August,” explained Vargas, pointing out that “on this occasion they will be a Science camp that will take place in two shifts during the month of July and another Technology camp that will also be divided into two shifts, but will be taught during the month of August.”
Science Camp
It will take place during the month of July in the Colores building, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and will consist of two shifts: from July 1 to 15; and from July 20 to 31. Students in the first shift will learn concepts related to life on the planet, while the theme of the second shift will revolve around the forces that rule our planet.
Technology Camp
In August, the Colores building will host Fuengirola Techcamp, a proposal to learn programming, digital art and 3D modeling, which will also include a games area and video game tournaments. It will take place in two shifts that will take place from August 3 to 14 and from August 17 to 28 of the same month, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Pre-registration for both camps must be done through the Citizen Card starting May 29 at 8:00 p.m.
