The registration period is open for two new courses of the free Training Plan for unemployed people in Fuengirola

Those interested can register starting this coming Monday, January 12, for the Basic Building Cleaning and Maintenance Operations training actions. Registration can be formalized on the fourth floor of the Los Boliches Mayor’s Office, at the entrance register of the City Hall and the El Boquetillo Office or through the municipal Electronic Headquarters.

9/1/2026 – The Fuengirola City Council opens the registration period this coming Monday, January 12, for two new courses in the free Training Plan for the unemployed: Basic Building Cleaning and Maintenance Operations. This was announced this morning by the Councilor for Training and Job Creation, Isaac Vargas, who explained that registrations can be formalized on the fourth floor of the Mayor’s Office of Los Boliches, in the general entry registry of the City Council and the Mayor’s Office of El Boquetillo or, with a digital certificate, through the municipal Electronic Headquarters.

“We begin the year by reinforcing our commitment to training and employment. To this end, from the Department of Training and Job Creation we announce the opening of the registration period for two new courses of the City Council’s Training Plan for the unemployed, which is financed entirely by municipal funds,” said Vargas, who specified that the registration period for both courses will be open from January 12 to 25.

The councilor recalled that these training actions “are completely free and are aimed at people registered in Fuengirola and who are unemployed.”

Regarding the Basic Cleaning Operations course, the mayor has detailed that it will consist of a total of 100 teaching hours and that it will be taught from February 6 to March 6, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

For its part, the Building Maintenance course will consist of 150 teaching hours, it will run from February 6 to March 20 and classes will also take place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
