The Plaza de España de Fuengirola hosts this Saturday the III Popular Games Fair

It will be developed from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and attendees can practice activities such as scarf, English chick, three in line, rayuela, bowling or jumping. It is an initiative included in the ‘Fuengirola in form’ program, designed by the Department of Sports to promote healthy life habits during the month of September

9/9/2025 – The Plaza de España de Fuengirola hosts this Saturday, September 13, the third edition of the Popular Games Fair, which will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and that will include activities such as the handkerchief, English chick, three in line, rayuela, bowling or jumping to the Comba. This has been announced today by the Councilor for Sports, Julio Rodríguez, who recalled that it is an initiative framed in the programming of ‘Fuengirola in form’, designed by the Department of Sports to promote healthy lifestyle habits during the month of September.

“We are going to have a Saturday full of activities aimed at all types of audiences and especially the little Scarf … There will be more than eight different stations in the Plaza de España to be able to spend a full morning of outdoor game. ”

In this sense, the mayor has indicated that “it is a plan to enjoy as a family, because from the Department of Sports we do not only think about the competition, we also believe that sport must be included in our day to day as a habit or a healthy guideline. Not only for the purely sporty but for the emotional and for the motivation of wanting to play, which is the primal principle of sport: play, have fun and have fun.”

To conclude, the mayor has invited “to all Fuestiroleños to that this Saturday, from eleven, enjoy the Popular Games Fair that we have organized with great affection for them to enjoy jumping to the Comba, playing the English chick and that they know many children and have a good time in family practicing the games of a lifetime”.
