“From the Equality Area we present our offer of workshops for the last quarter of the year, which have the purpose of fostering relationships based on respect and equality and that also contribute to the emotional well-being and personal and professional development of the people who participate in them, acquiring tools and skills for their empowerment and the improvement of their self-esteem,” explained Bornao, pointing out that “for this we have a series of training and leisure, which will be complemented during the month of November with more specific programming around the commemoration on November 25 of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.”
Thus, the councilor has indicated that the programming will start with the workshop cycle ‘Woman: You Are the Key’, which will be taught by the lawyer Macarena Barbero Alcobendas, every Friday, from November 7 to December 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Edificio Colores. “This is a cycle of six workshops given by a lawyer who has been practicing for 25 years and who is a family mediator. It will be a dynamic space full of learning where we can share tools so that other women can recognize themselves, value themselves and become aware of their own individual capabilities,” said Bornao.

The workshop ‘Quality Time and Enjoying Yourself’ will be taught by coach Rocío Villareal on November 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Colores building.
