The elders of Fuengirola will be able to enjoy the White Night at the Sohail Castle on June 25
Those interested in attending will be able to pick up their invitation starting June 16 at the Senior Citizens Area on Blanca Paloma street by presenting their valid Fuengirola retiree card.
6/9/2026 – The Department of Families, Equality and Social Welfare of the Fuengirola City Council, coordinated by the councilor Cristina Bornao, will celebrate on June 25 a new edition of the traditional White Night for seniors at the Sohail Castle. The event will begin at 9:00 p.m. and will once again bring together hundreds of neighbors in one of the most anticipated activities in the annual Senior Citizens calendar.
“The White Night of the Sohail Castle is one of the most special and long-awaited celebrations for our elders. It is an evening of coexistence in which they can enjoy live music, dancing and snacks in an environment as emblematic as our medieval fortress,” said Bornao.
People interested in attending will be able to pick up their invitations starting June 16 at the Senior Citizens Area on Blanca Paloma Street. To do this, it will be necessary to present a valid Fuengirola retiree card. The delivery of invitations will be made by prior appointment, which must be requested at the reception of the Puebla Lucía center, and will be carried out in strict order of shift until the available capacity is reached, both for access to the venue and for the enabled transportation service.
The doors of Sohail Castle will open at 8:00 p.m. to facilitate the arrival and accommodation of attendees before the start of the party. Likewise, the City Council will make a bus service available to participants from different parts of the city to the walled area.
The White Night has established itself as one of the most outstanding activities for the elderly of Fuengirola. Dressed in white, attendees share an evening marked by coexistence, joy and reunion, in a festive atmosphere that welcomes summer.
During the celebration there will be no shortage of music, dancing and moments of gathering among friends, turning the night into an opportunity to enjoy the company and create new memories.

The councilor has encouraged all users of the Senior Citizens Area to participate in this event, which will once again turn Sohail Castle into a meeting and celebration point for the city’s seniors.
