The Fuengirola City Council presents its 2026 Racing Calendar, made up of thirteen tests
The programming, promoted by the Sports Area, includes urban, solidarity, hybrid and endurance competitions

Fuengirola reinforces its commitment to sport and healthy lifestyle habits with the presentation of the 2026 Racing Calendar, a program that brings together a total of thirteen events for all audiences and levels throughout the year, consolidating the city as a benchmark for popular sports on the Costa del Sol. This was announced this morning by the Councilor for Sports, Julios Rodríguez, who pointed out that the initiative includes urban, solidarity, hybrid and endurance competitions, which will take place in scenarios emblematic of the municipality and in a wide variety of formats.
The sports agenda will start on February 12 with the II Orienteering Race, which will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Fuengirola Free Area. During the following months, the
The calendar will continue on June 7 with the III Solidarity Race Ruta 091, at 7:00 p.m. in Plaza Pedro Cuevas, and on July 18 with the VI Time Trial Race ‘Sendero del Mar’, which will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Fuengirola Avenue.

After the summer, on September 12 the I Hybrid Run will be held at the Elola Sports Complex (9:00 a.m.), followed by the IX Pedro Cuevas Mile and March, on September 19 at 7:00 p.m. in Plaza Pedro Cuevas.
One of the great milestones of the calendar will arrive on November 8 with the IX Fuengirola Half Marathon, at 9:30 a.m. departing from the Fairgrounds. That same month, on November 21, the III Athonx Hybrid Final will take place at the Elola Sports Complex (9:00 a.m.), and on November 22 the I Solidarity March against Sexist Violence, at 10:00 a.m., with a location yet to be determined.
The sporting year will close with two already consolidated events: the VI Cross Fuengirola, on December 6 at 10:00 a.m. (place to be determined), and the III Christmas Race, on December 20 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairgrounds.
