10/27/2025 – Marenostrum Fuengirola confirms the performances of Siempre Así and the Gipsy Kings for its next season. The flamenco band will fill the Sohail castle with their happy songs and the self-confidence on stage that characterizes the members of the group, on June 5, 2026. For their part, the Gipsy Kings will bring global hits that have crossed the borders of language such as “Bamboleo” or “Djobi Djoba”, on August 9, 2026 on the Fundación Unicaja stage. This was announced by the Councilor for Culture and Major Events, Rodrigo Romero, together with the person in charge of Pádel Arcos, the company promoting both concerts, Miguel Sánchez.

“Always Así is a band of friends who want to have a good time on stage and who always achieve great complicity with their audience, who also flock to their concerts whenever they have come to perform at the Castle and we are sure that June 5 will be no different,” said Romero, who pointed out about the Gipsy Kings concert that “they have never been to the Marenostrum and we will be able to enjoy their music on August 9. It is a band that changed a musical style with its reinterpretation of flamenco. They are a reference band and they are going to perform all their greatest hits.”

Originally from Seville, the flamenco band Siempre Así was born from the friendship of a group of young people who shared the musical passion in the choir of the Hermandad del Rocío de Triana. On August 9, 2026, the turn of the Gipsy Kings will arrive at Marenostrum Fuengirola. With more than three decades of experience, and led by André Reyes, this family project combines the original essence of flamenco with a renewed touch. Together with his son and nephews, they continue to conquer the most prestigious stages in the world and consolidate their position as one of the great references of the genre.
