The theater returns on October 30 to the Manuel Delgado Perea House of Culture in Fuengirola with Don Juan Tenorio

10/10/2025 -The theater will return to the Manuel Delgado Perea House of Culture in Fuengirola with the play Don Juan Tenorio. This was announced today by the Councilor for Culture, Rodrigo Romero, who indicated that the performance will begin at 8:00 p.m. and that tickets, priced at 5 euros, can be purchased on the website https://entradas.fuengirola.es or in person at the information point of the Miramar Shopping Center, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
“We continue to have a fantastic theatrical program and on October 30 we will be able to enjoy El Tenorio de Zorrilla at eight in the afternoon at the House of Culture. A work where the misery but also the good part of the human being is appreciated, through three characters like Don Juan, Don Luis and Doña Inés, whose lives become intertwined with hatred, with bets, with revenge, with love, with madness… with iconic characters “that have marked a before and after in Spanish and world culture, because Tenorio is a character,” explained Romero, noting that “he will be represented by the company Caja de Grillo Producciones.”
It is a version of Zorrilla’s work based on the first writing he wrote where he defined only three characters and has some notes from the author to later define the rest of the characters and the plot. This version is the reflection of José Zorrilla’s sleepless night, which is part of the staging, where in his head, Don Juan, Don Luis and Doña Inés speak in verse.
This work is the eighth production of the Caja de Grillos Teatro Social, which continues with the line marked by Yo Sí Sé Who Eres. They say that their main objective as a company is to promote culture within the framework of social reality.
