Thousands of people have harmoniously enjoyed the 32 booths and 160 attractions at the Fairgrounds. More than 4,500 people attended the different performances at the Peace Palace

10/15/2025 – Fuengirola has closed the Rosario Fair 2025, held from October 6 to 12, consolidating it as one of the most successful editions in recent years. This was highlighted today by the Councilor for Festivals and Traditions, Isabel Moreno, who highlighted the high citizen participation and the exemplary development of the event.

The celebrations in honor of Our Lady of the Crowned Rosary began on Friday the 6th with the proclamation by Edgard Caro, known as ‘Sensillo con S’, and the official lighting of the artistic lighting of the Fairgrounds. On Saturday the 7th, a local festive day, the city experienced one of its most emotional events with the traditional Flamenco Mass and the massive procession of the Patron Saint, which marked the beginning of a week full of joy, coexistence and tradition.

During the days of the fair, the Fairgrounds became the epicenter of the festive activity with 32 booths and more than 160 attractions, in addition to an atmosphere marked by the presence of horses, harnesses and great entertainment both day and night.

The Peace Palace was once again a prominent meeting point with the inaugural proclamation given by Edgard Caro ‘Sensillo con S’ and six nights of shows that were well received by the public. More than 4,500 people attended some of the scheduled activities, including the Children’s Party with the Pica Pica group; the Night of Humor with Diego Arjona, Alex O’Dogherty and Los Calaita; Young Night with Spok Sponha and Space Surimi; or the Café Quijano concerts and the show ‘Mujeres por Sevillanas’ with Las Carlotas, María de La Colina and Las Soles, as well as the ‘Juan de la Loma’ Flamenco Festival, which featured singing performances by María Toledo, Rafael de Utrera and Juan Ramos. Both the Café Quijano performance and the Children’s Party sold out all available tickets.

“We have experienced an unforgettable fair, with a lot of participation and an atmosphere of respect, joy and coexistence. The presence of horses, carriages and carriages has also been very numerous, especially on holidays and during the weekend, giving color and a traditional atmosphere to the festivities,” Moreno highlighted.

To conclude, the councilor thanked “the entire team that makes our patron saint festivities possible, from the Municipal Operational Services, Cleaning Department, Electrical Service, Urban Ecology, Local Police, National Police, Firefighters, Health Services, the staff of the different services provided at the Fairgrounds and the Peace Palace, as well as the workers of the Fuengirola City Council from departments such as Contracting, Secretariat, Festivities Department… Nothing of this would be possible without a wonderful human team made up of people committed to their city. “From today we begin to work on the 2026 edition.”
