4/20/2026 – The Parque de Los Deportes, in Los Pacos, will be the setting this coming Saturday, April 25, starting at 12:00 p.m., for a day of coexistence with the Nordic community, open to all residents of the city. This was announced this morning by the Councilor for Tourism, José Luis Ponce, who recalled that this initiative was scheduled to be held on April 11, but was postponed due to inclement weather.
The day will include performances by local and Scandinavian musical groups, as well as a paella and drinks tasting. “It is a festival themed in Nordic culture, but designed for the enjoyment of all residents. We want to promote coexistence and cultural exchange between Fuengirola residents and residents from countries such as Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland,” said Ponce.
The program will also feature the participation of the local ‘Dance with Me’ academy and Scandinavian musical groups, including the Swedish band Dance & Dreams. “It will be an excellent opportunity to enjoy the good weather in an outdoor environment, with live music and a gastronomic offer for all attendees,” added the mayor.
