6/3/2026 – The Fuengirola City Council, through the Department of Commerce, has launched an intensive course, aimed at local merchants and entrepreneurs, focused on the creation of viral content with artificial intelligence and psychology applied to sales techniques. This was announced today by the councilor responsible for the area, Francisco Javier García Lara, who explained that the activity will be held in three two-hour sessions on March 10, 17 and 24, starting at 8:00 p.m., in the Royal Hall of the City Hall.

This is a free activity, although to participate it is necessary to reserve a place in advance by sending an email with personal data to comercial@fuengirola.org.
“One of the objectives of the Commerce Area is to improve the knowledge of our self-employed workers and our SMEs with the intention of increasing their competitiveness. To achieve this, it is essential to focus on training as a tool to optimize the daily management of businesses and increase their profitability,” said García Lara. In this sense, the mayor explained that this initiative responds to a demand conveyed by the members of the Commerce and Hospitality Roundtable.
The training program will address the strategic use of social networks, the application of artificial intelligence in content generation and the psychological keys that influence customers’ purchasing decisions.
The first session, which will take place on March 10, will be dedicated to the creation of viral content for businesses and the use of social networks, combining a theoretical part with practical exercises.
The second session, scheduled for March 17, will focus on the use of artificial intelligence applied to business, including the use of tools such as ChatGPT, as well as other AI applications such as Canva, Gemini or Copilot, aimed at facilitating the generation of content and improving commercial communication.
Finally, the third session, scheduled for March 24, will address psychology applied to sales techniques and persuasive communication, offering participants tools to improve the relationship with their clients and increase the effectiveness of their commercial strategies.
The Department of Commerce encourages merchants in the municipality to participate in this training activity, designed to adapt local businesses to new digital trends and reinforce their presence in the current market.
