Fuengirola City Council promotes a Sports Campus during White Week to help residents reconcile their work and family life

1/27/2026 – Fuengirola City Council has promoted a Sports Campus during White Week to help residents reconcile their work and family life. This was announced today by the Councilor for Sports, Julio Rodríguez, who explained that this initiative will take place from February 23 to 27 at the Elola sports complex and will be aimed at children from 4 to 12 years old.
“We continue to offer families in Fuengirola the possibility of reconciling their work and personal life through sport in Semana Blanca with a Sports Campus that will take place at the Elola sports complex and that on this occasion will take place from February 23 to 27,” explained Rodríguez, pointing out that “there will be five days in which the little ones, between 4 and 12 years old, will be very well cared for and will have a great time exercising, from nine in the morning. tomorrow until two in the afternoon.”
The price of this activity is 35 euros for those registered in Fuengirola and 50 euros for those who are not registered in the city and registrations can be made, starting tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28, at 8:15 a.m., electronically through the Citizen Card or in person at the facilities of the Department of Sports, located in the Elola sports complex.
The company Ebone will be in charge of offering the Campus “and for this purpose it has arranged educational workshops, recreational and artistic activities, in addition to sports activities, such as football, basketball, gymkhanas, handball, mate, multi-sports games… from nine to two in the afternoon.”
To conclude, Rodríguez has encouraged families in the city to enroll their children between 4 and 12 years of age in this White Week Sports Campus at the Elola sports complex “because they leave their children in the best hands and I am convinced that they are going to have a great time.”
