10/17/2025 – La Oreja de Van Gogh returns to the stage with Amaia Montero as vocalist coinciding with the group’s thirtieth anniversary, and one of the most anticipated moments will be their performance at Marenostrum Fuengirola, on June 27, 2026. Since their separation in 2008 and the incorporation of Leire Martínez as the new voice of the group, the band participated in the first edition of this concert cycle. Ten years later, Fuengirola is preparing to relive an era that marked several generations.

Thirty years ago the city of San Sebastián saw the birth of one of the most internationally recognized groups. La Oreja de Van Gogh played its first chords, composed its first songs and sang its first songs in the rehearsal space that, three decades later, continues to see them grow.

After the long-awaited reunion with Amaia Montero, the group now announces a very special tour that will tour the main stages of our country next year.

The tour will start in the month of May with a show that will include their greatest hits: Cuídate, La Playa, You can count on me, Rosas, January 20… All those songs that, 30 years later, continue to beat strongly in the collective memory and that will reach cities such as Bilbao, Madrid, Albacete, Murcia, Seville, Fuengirola, Gijón, Donostia / San Sebastián, Santander, Valladolid, Valencia, To Coruña, Zaragoza, Barcelona and Pamplona.

“So many things to tell” is the name chosen for this tour that, in addition to being a true tribute to one of the most recognized Spanish groups in the world, is a nod to one of their most emblematic albums: “El viaje de Copperport”, which turns 25 this year.

“Being together again is magical for us and we need to share it. Today more than ever we want to go out into the world with our songs under our arms, be thousands during a night and sing with you that life is once, that it is here and that it is now”, Van Gogh’s Ear.

Tickets go on sale on Monday, October 20 at 12:00 p.m. on the official website of the Marenostrum Fuengirola concert series: https://marenostrumfuengirola.com.
