12/5/2025 – The Fuengirola Youth Department has promoted a free Christmas cooking workshop aimed at children between 9 and 15 years of age. This was announced this morning by the head of this municipal department, Isaac Vargas, who has indicated that the activity will take place on December 20, 27 and January 3, in the Colores building, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and that registration must be made through the Citizen Card application, starting on December 8 at 6:00 p.m.
“From the Youth area we always try to adapt to the school calendar and as has become a tradition we are going to launch a Christmas cooking workshop,” explained Vargas, pointing out that “it is a workshop that is designed for children between the ages of 9 and 15, who will be able to learn typical Christmas recipes.”
The objective of this activity is to introduce the little ones to the kitchen, enhance their imagination, promote the spirit of Christmas through gastronomy and cook while playing with textures and flavors.
“In this workshop, what matters most is that the children have a good time while they prepare the classic Christmas recipes and that later, at home, they can put into practice everything they have learned,” said the mayor.
Regarding registrations, Vargas has indicated that they will be done through the Citizen Card starting on December 8 at 6:00 p.m.
